MAN JAILED FOR THREATENING MOTHER OF CHILDREN WITH KNIFE
An individual from the Isle of Wight has been sentenced to prison after threatening the mother of his two children with a kitchen knife.Reece Judge, residing on Raleigh Street in Nottingham and formerly living on Collards Close in Freshwater, appeared before the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 3.
He had previously confessed to charges including threatening someone with a bladed weapon, assaulting another person, and damaging property.
The 25-year-old judge was scheduled for a trial after initially denying the charge related to the bladed weapon but ultimately changed his plea.
All of these offences took place on March 31, 2025, in Freshwater.
It was established that Judge seized a serrated steak knife and pursued his ex-girlfriend.
During the incident, he pushed her against a bed, assaulted her physically, and damaged her mobile phone.
As a result of previous actions, he was sentenced to two years in prison.
For the latest offence, Judge received a sentence of ten months and fifteen days.
Additionally, he was ordered to pay a fine of £412 and was subject to a restraining order preventing contact with the victim.
