MAN CHARGED WITH CHILD IMAGE OFFENCES IN BIRMINGHAM COURT
A man appeared at Birmingham Magistrates Court today to face serious charges related to indecent images of children.Rakeeb Haroon was brought before the magistrates for the first time since his arrest.
The case involves claims of making and distributing indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child, as well as possessing prohibited images.
Prosecutors also allege that Haroon possessed extreme pornographic images portraying assault by penetration.
The case has been assigned the reference number 20BE2080724.
Haroon did not enter a plea during the brief hearing and was remanded in custody.
