MOHAMMED NADEEM BRADFORD PERVERT EXPOSES HIMSELF TO TEENAGE GIRLS IN BRADFORD
In a disturbing series of incidents that took place in Bradford, a 31-year-old man named Mohammed Nadeem was found guilty of exposing himself to three teenage girls while driving through different parts of the city. The events unfolded on September 3, when Nadeem, operating a silver Ford Focus, targeted young women in various locations across Bradford, under the influence of alcohol.
According to court proceedings, Nadeem's first victim, an 18-year-old girl, was near Bradford Academy on Teasdale Street in East Bowling.
She noticed Nadeem following her in his vehicle and was shocked to see him holding his penis in his right hand.
The young woman promptly reported the incident to the police, raising concerns about her safety and the disturbing behavior she had witnessed.
Approximately thirty minutes later, Nadeem's reckless actions continued on Bolling Hall Road, where he pulled up swiftly beside a 17-year-old student.
Court documents reveal that Nadeem wound down his window, appearing visibly nervous and stuttering.
Shockingly, he had his trousers down to his knees at the time, exposing himself to the young girl.
This act of indecency caused her to panic and seek refuge inside a nearby building, escaping the immediate threat.
The third victim, a 16-year-old girl, was visiting her sister when she encountered Nadeem.
It was noted that she had previously been assessed as being at risk of sexual exploitation, making her particularly vulnerable to such predatory behavior.
Nadeem again exposed himself by pulling down his trousers, an act that left the girl deeply traumatized.
She later confided in the police, saying, “I can’t sleep.
All I can see is the man’s face,” highlighting the lasting impact of the incident.
During the investigation, police received multiple calls from concerned members of the public reporting a silver Ford Focus circling the area, which added to the evidence against Nadeem.
Although he had prior convictions related to dishonesty, he had no previous record of sexual offenses.
Judge Mark Savill addressed Nadeem in court, condemning his actions as “quite appalling and unforgivable.” He emphasized that Nadeem’s pursuit of young women in his vehicle, while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, was a serious breach of public trust and safety.
Despite the severity of his conduct, the judge decided that Nadeem would benefit more from community-based rehabilitation rather than incarceration, considering the potential for treatment and reform.
As part of his sentence, Nadeem was placed under a three-year community order, which includes 100 hours of unpaid work and participation in sex offender treatment programs facilitated by the probation service.
Additionally, he was banned from driving for 12 months and required to register as a sex offender for five years.
To further protect his victims, a Sexual Harm Prevention Order was issued, ensuring that Nadeem would have no contact with the victims in the future, thereby reducing the risk of reoffending and providing some measure of safety for those affected.
