MICHAEL FLETCHER-FLINT OF YORKSHIRE JAILED AGAIN FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES
A convicted child sex offender has been sentenced to prison once more for a series of crimes.
Michael Fletcher-Flint, who previously served two years in prison in 2018 after a court revealed that he used the dating app Grindr to send explicit images to a 12-year-old boy—who was actually a decoy—was sentenced on Tuesday at Sheffield Crown Court for four charges.
The 52-year-old, residing on Bonet Lane in Brinsworth, admitted to two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child, as well as one count each of sexual assault and inciting a child to participate in sexual activity.
The offences took place in the Barnsley area between 2007 and 2009.
Fletcher-Flint was sentenced to 15 months in prison and will be required to sign the sex offenders register for ten years.
In 2018, he pleaded guilty to charges including attempting to engage a child in sexual communications, attempting to meet a child following sexual grooming, and possession of a bladed article.
