YORKSHIRE MAN LIAM SHORT SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT ON SLEEPING WOMAN IN BRADFORD
A young man from Yorkshire, Liam Short, has been sentenced to prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a woman who was in a vulnerable state of sleep.
The incident took place when Short, then 19 years old, attacked the woman after she had taken a sleeping tablet and gone to bed.
The case was heard at Bradford Crown Court, where details emerged about the assault and the subsequent investigation.
During the court proceedings on Friday, it was revealed that the woman believed Short had filmed the assault, as she noticed flashing lights during the incident.
However, police investigations did not recover any video evidence of the act.
