LEEDS SCHOOL LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR MICHAEL EARNSHAW SENTENCED FOR INDECENT IMAGES IN LEEDS
A lunchtime supervisor at a school in Leeds, Michael Earnshaw, aged 70, resigned from his position after police discovered indecent images of children stored on his computer.The investigation revealed he had collected a total of 136 illegal images, with 40 classified in the most severe category.
Authorities also found partially deleted files related to these images.
Earnshaw admitted to possessing the illegal material, and as a result, he was sentenced to a three-year community order that includes participation in a sex offender programme.
The judge overseeing the case highlighted the ongoing harm caused by such images, stating that they continue to impact children anew.
