January 2019 Convicted sex offender breached sexual harm prevention order A convicted sex offender has admitted breaching a previous sexual harm prevention order by contacting a schoolgirl Former farmer Mark Anthony Bray, 49 of West Street, Oundle appeared at Peterborough Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to without reasonable excuse, communication with a child under the age of 16 years, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Peterborough Crown Court on 16/08/2012. The judge ordered Bray to participate in Rehabilitation Activity programme for 35 days, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, costs of £85.
