MALCOLM FROM BRIDGEND AND TELFORD INVOLVED IN SHOCKING BLACK MAGIC CHILD ABUSE CASES

In a series of disturbing criminal cases spanning several decades, Malcolm, a man with connections to Bridgend and Telford, has been linked to heinous acts of child sexual abuse intertwined with allegations of black magic and occult practices. The gravity of these crimes has shocked communities and prompted lengthy legal proceedings, revealing a dark history of ritualistic abuse and exploitation.

One of the most harrowing cases involved a couple who, in January 2015, were sentenced to a combined 17 years in prison at Merthyr Crown Court for their involvement in the abuse of an 11-year-old girl. The victims, whose identities are protected for legal reasons, endured a terrifying ordeal that was rooted in the perpetrators' bizarre claims of supernatural powers. Carolee Hickman, originally from St Athan in the Vale of Glamorgan, convinced the young girl that she was part of a 'powerful' witches' coven, using this as a means to manipulate and control her. Hickman, aged 64 at the time, then coerced the girl into having sex with her husband, Albert Hickman, a former RAF worker aged 65.

The victim recounted that she was subjected to threats of violence and death, including threats to harm her mother using black magic. She described a chilling incident where Hickman, wielding a bejewelled knife, cut her thumb and sucked her blood, further asserting her supernatural abilities. The court heard that after being held down by Carolee Hickman, Albert Hickman raped her, an act that left lasting scars on the young girl’s psyche. The victim, now in her 50s, provided a statement describing how her life had been irreparably damaged by these events, stating, “My life has been destroyed at their hands,” and revealing her ongoing struggles with sleep and trauma.

Judge Dan Williams, presiding over the case, condemned the couple as 'chilling' and emphasized their ruthless exploitation of a vulnerable child. He pointed out that the Hickmans had groomed their victim, instilling fear through claims of supernatural powers and threats, which left her petrified. The court also highlighted the couple’s prior criminal history; Albert Hickman had previously served a 10-year sentence for raping a young girl in 1982, while Carolee Hickman had served five years after admitting to holding down a child during a rape as part of her 'devil worship' rituals.

Earlier, in December 2014, both Hickmans were found guilty of similar historical offences. Albert Hickman was convicted of raping an 11-year-old girl between 1972 and 1975 at his home in St Athan, while Carolee Hickman was found guilty of indecent assault and aiding and abetting the rape. The court heard that she had held the girl down during the assault and had threatened to use her supposed magical powers to harm her mother. The victim, now in her 50s, recounted how she was lured into the couple’s home while truant from school, where she was given cigarettes and alcohol, and subjected to tarot readings and discussions about black magic.

The couple’s dark history extends further back, with allegations that they engaged in occult rituals involving child abuse and black magic in the early 1970s. Both had previously been jailed in 1982 for child sex offences, with Albert Hickman serving a decade and Carolee Hickman five years. Their past convictions included charges of aiding and abetting rape, indecent assault, and involvement in devil worship practices that targeted young children.

In a related case from November 1982, Malcolm and Susan Smith of Southgate Sutton Hill, Telford, along with Albert and Carole Hickman, pleaded guilty to a series of serious sexual offences against children. The Smiths, who believed in Satanic rituals, conducted a Satanic wedding for Susan Smith’s sister and brother-in-law, after which Mrs. Smith became a novice in devil worship. Malcolm Smith was convicted of unlawful sexual intercourse with a girl under 16, causing grievous bodily harm, and other related offences. His wife, Susan Smith, admitted to aiding and abetting him, and both received prison sentences of 14 and 2 years respectively. The court was told that Malcolm Smith believed he had the right to engage in sexual acts with any girl, regardless of age, and encouraged others to bring young girls into their occult circle.

Further investigations revealed that the Smiths’ home was filled with occult books and paraphernalia, indicating a long-standing involvement in black magic and Satanic rituals. The case highlighted a pattern of abuse and occult practices that spanned years, with victims suffering in silence for decades. The authorities continue to investigate these cases, which have uncovered a disturbing link between occult beliefs and child exploitation, involving individuals like Malcolm from Bridgend and Telford, whose actions have left a trail of trauma and fear in their wake.
