June 2022 Pervert, 40, breaches court order by downloading TikTok Pervert Malcolm Trainer has been hauled back before the courts – for setting up a TikTok account. The 40-year-old is subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) after being caught with child sexual abuse images in 2015. But he has now breached the order by deleting the internet browsing history of an iPhone, refusing to make a new iPhone available, and creating the TikTok account without telling police. The defendant, of Kiln Lane, Leek, told police that he thought the lifetime SHPO had expired. Now Trainer has been handed a three-year community order at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court following the SHPO breaches. It includes a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement and £200 court costs. Judge Sally Hancox told Trainer: “In 2020, you deleted internet history from a mobile phone. You were not charged with anything until 2022. In 2022 you were again spoken to by officers. You did not make a phone available on request. You were defensive about it. “You failed to tell those who needed to know that you had set up a TikTok account. I have to deal with two matters of a breach 18 months apart. The defensiveness to the officers is something that troubles me greatly.”
