March 2015 Pervert snared by On-line investigation team ‘Dark Justice’  A pervert who actively sought under-age girls on-line to groom for sex has pleaded guilty Luke Jarvis, 23 from Hartlepool was charged with trying to meet a 14 year old girl following on-line sexual grooming. Jarvis arranged to meet the undercover decoy twice but failed to turn up, so the team handed the evidence over to the police as his messages became increasingly sexual.
