LIAM SWAYNE FROM CARLISLE SENTENCED FOR VIOLENT AND CONTROLLING BEHAVIOR IN CUMBERLAND

Liam Swayne, a man from Carlisle, has been found guilty of a series of serious criminal offenses that spanned several months and involved his partner in a pattern of controlling and violent conduct.
