NORTHAMPTON PAEDOPHILE LIAM SHIELDS JAILED FOR BREACHING SEXUAL HARM PREVENTION ORDER
The Northampton Paedophile, Liam Paul Shields, residing on Park Avenue North, was granted an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order after his conviction under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 at Northampton Crown Court in March 2012.
The SHPO was imposed with specific limitations, including a prohibition on utilising any internet-capable device without authorisation, a requirement for devices to retain and display browsing history, and an obligation to provide equipment for examination.
On January 28 of this year, officials from the Northamptonshire Police MOSOVO unit, responsible for the stringent oversight of sexual and violent offenders, discovered that Liam Paul Shields had violated these criteria.
On June 20 at Northampton Crown Court, Liam Paul Shields received a 20-month prison sentence and was mandated to pay a £187 surcharge upon his release.
