September 2023 Father and son jailed after sexually assaulting two girls in Warrington A father and son have both been jailed after sexually assaulting two girls aged 10 and eight years old in Warrington. Lee and Terrence Brown, both of Freshwater Close, Great Sankey, have been sentenced to a total of more than 10 years for numerous sexual offences. Lee Brown, 21, was previously jailed for four years and four months in May 2023 at Liverpool Crown Court. Lee Brown had groomed and repeatedly sexually abused a 10-year-old and also an eight-year-old girl. He played on the fears of one of his victims by saying Father Christmas would not come to her house if she did not do what he wanted He had pleaded guilty to eight counts of sexual assault against two girls. This included multiple counts of oral rape and asking them to touch him inappropriately. Terrence Brown, 60, has now been jailed for six years and six months after appearing at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday 8 September. He was found guilty of 11 counts of sexual offences after a four-day trial at Liverpool Crown Court. This included inappropriately touching the two girls and showing one of them cartoon pornography. The case began on 3rd September 2021, when police received reports that Terrence had sexually abused two girls in Warrington between 2017 and 2021. During the course of the investigation, the victims disclosed Terrence’s son Lee had also sexually assaulted both young girls The pair had abused the girls separately and were not aware of each other’s crimes. In interview, Terrence denied all allegations of sexual touching. His son Lee admitted abusing the girls and claimed he did so because he was curious.
