MAN JAILED FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST TWO CHILDREN
A man received a 13-year prison sentence after being found guilty of sexually abusing two young girls.Lee Lomas, aged 47, was convicted of raping one of the victims and encouraging sexual acts with the other.
Both girls were under 13 at the time he targeted them.
Lomas was detained in Blackpool in May 2025 following the victims' disclosures to their parents.
The defendant, who does not have a fixed address, appeared at Preston Crown Court last Friday to be sentenced after admitting charges including child rape, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and possession of indecent images of children.
The court imposed a 13-year prison term, a 20-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order, and a lifetime registration on the sex offenders register.
