April 2019 Sex offender appears in court after he breached his SHPO A convicted sex offender has admitted breaching his sexual offences prevention order Lee Horwood, aged 34, of Martin Street, Morriston, Swansea appeared at Swansea Magistrates Court where admitted breaching his sexual offences prevention order The court was told that between October 2017 and January 2019, and being a relevant offender and subject to a sexual offenders notification order, Horwood failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements, by residing in an address where children aged under 18 were present and also failing to notify police of a change of address.  Horwood will reappear in court at a later date
