FALKIRK COURT HEARD OFFENDER WOULD NOT STOP CONTACTING WOMAN
Lee Burt, aged 34, appeared before Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday to admit to breaching his bail restrictions.
The charges included making phone calls and sending messages via social media to a woman residing in Denny between November 21 and November 25, 2019.
Additionally, Burt pleaded guilty to a pattern of abusive behavior by persistently contacting both the woman and her father via telephone at the same address during October 14 and October 15, 2019.
His most recent breach of bail conditions, which also involved contacting the woman, occurred at an address in Alloa on January 25, 2021.
Sheriff Christopher Shead postponed sentencing and scheduled a future review of Burt’s community payback order for May 5, 2022.
