KYRIL MCCLEAN FROM MALTON SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL OFFENSES INVOLVING A CHILD IN YORK

In a serious case that has garnered significant attention, Kyril John McClean, a 27-year-old resident of Yorkersgate in Malton, was brought before York Crown Court to face charges related to his inappropriate conduct involving a minor. McClean was found guilty on two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl who was only 15 years old at the time of the incidents, which occurred in 2016.
