KURTIS RANDALL SHOCKS MIDDLESBROUGH WITH DISTURBING SCHOOL NEARBY SEX OFFENDING INCIDENTS
A disturbing case has emerged involving Kurtis Randall, a known sex offender from Middlesbrough, who engaged in highly inappropriate and illegal activities near a local school.The incidents took place over the course of 2023 and 2024, with Randall repeatedly parking his vehicle close to a footpath adjacent to the school, often as students were finishing their day.
He would sit in a borrowed white Audi and perform sexual acts on himself, while simultaneously filming his actions.
On several occasions, Randall directed his camera towards two schoolgirls who happened to be walking home at the end of the school day.
Witnesses reported that Randall stayed in his car, which was parked near the school, and performed lewd acts while recording himself.
