MIDDLESBROUGH PERVERT SENT VIDEO OF MAN PERFORMING SEX ACT TO 'GIRL'
A man with a disturbing record was caught engaging in extreme pornography after sending a video of a man performing a sexual act to a girl.Adam Scott was taken into custody following his encounter with an undercover officer disguised as a 12-year-old girl, as indicated by Teesside Crown Court.
Undeterred, the 52-year-old was apprehended once more for sending highly explicit messages to another decoy he believed to be an underage girl.
Prosecutor Nigel Soppitt explained that the first incident occurred between September 1 and 9 last year, prior to police arriving at his home in Middlesbrough.
Scott used the chat platform Chatib to communicate with the decoy, who identified herself as a child; he was aware of her age at the beginning of their conversation.
The interaction quickly became sexual, culminating in Scott sending a 41-second video via WhatsApp under the alias AdamAnt, depicting a male performing a sexual act.
The second set of charges stemmed from actions between January 26 and February 9 this year, while Scott was already under police investigation.
During this period, he contacted what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl, sending her numerous sexually explicit messages and images over more than a week.
Scott, who resides on Darnton Drive in Middlesbrough, pleaded guilty to charges of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, trying to induce a female under 13 to participate in sexual activity, and attempting to cause a child under 13 to view images of sexual acts.
Authorities also uncovered an extreme pornographic image on his phone.
In presenting his case, defense lawyer Tom Bennett stated, “He is deeply ashamed of his behavior.
It’s something he has to learn from.” Judge Dapinder Singh sentenced Scott to six years in prison, ordered him to register as a sex offender, and imposed a sexual harm prevention order.
