KYLE STEWART FROM KIRKCALDY SENTENCED FOR DOMESTIC ABUSE AND BAIL BREACH

Khyle Stewart appeared in court to face sentencing on charges related to domestic abuse. During the proceedings, he admitted to engaging in threatening and aggressive behavior directed towards his former partner in the area of Cawdor Crescent, Kirkcaldy. The court heard that Stewart’s actions included intimidation and hostility, which caused significant concern for the safety and well-being of the victim.

It was also revealed that Stewart had violated bail conditions by attempting to contact his ex-partner after being remanded into custody. This breach of bail restrictions was considered a serious offense, further aggravating his case. The sheriff overseeing the case expressed strong disapproval of Stewart’s conduct, describing his behavior as dreadful and highly irresponsible.

In response to his actions, the court imposed a sentence that included 120 hours of unpaid community work. Additionally, Stewart was placed under supervision for a period of one year to monitor his conduct and ensure compliance with court orders. As part of the measures to prevent further harassment, he was also subjected to a two-year non-harassment order, legally prohibiting him from making any contact with his former partner.
