In a disturbing incident that unfolded in Middlesbrough, Kevin Greenwood, a 55-year-old lorry driver from Brotton, was apprehended after engaging in highly inappropriate and illegal activities within a local café.
The incident took place at Dee Dee's café, situated on Snowdon Road, where Greenwood was observed by other patrons behaving suspiciously while taking photographs of teenagers' bottoms using his mobile phone.
