KEVIN DUFFY SENTENCED IN BOLTON AFTER PUBLIC SEXUAL EXPOSURE INCIDENT
A father from Bolton has been sentenced to three years in prison after actively tracking down and revealing the identity of a man who committed a sexual act in front of his 13-year-old son.Demonstrating keen investigative skills, the father’s efforts led to the arrest of Kevin Duffy.
Duffy, who admitted to exposing himself in a public place in Bolton in 2014, pleaded guilty to the charges.
As part of his sentencing, Duffy is also required to participate in a sex offenders’ rehabilitation programme, and he will be registered on the sex offenders' register for five years.
Additionally, he is prohibited from entering certain public locations.
