March 2012 Paedophile Black Country teacher Kenneth Paskin faces jail after breaching order for a fourth time A PAEDOPHILE teacher and netball coach is facing jail after breaching a restraining order for the FOURTH time. Kenneth Paskin was jailed for just over three years in 2007 for abduction and child sex offences. But within two years he had been released and, since then, the authorities have faced a battle to stop him from entering areas where his previous victims live. The 64-year-old, from Wolverhampton, is now facing a third jail sentence after he was convicted on two counts of harassment – in breach of a restraining order – contrary to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Paskin, who taught at Warley High School, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment and was found guilty of the other at a hearing at Dudley Magistrates Court on March 1. He was found guilty in relation to an incident on May 6 last year. The second breach occurred on July 13 last year, when he was spotted by police close to children in Castle Street, Dudley, an area from which he is banned. The shamed teacher is due to be sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court on March 29.
