WOLVERHAMPTON PAEDOPHILE AND RAPIST JAILED FOR 18 YEARS
A ‘deplorable’ rapist preyed on young girls - raping two and forcing another into sharing indecent images of herself.
Gurpreet Randhawa raped two 15-year-old girls he had met online and persuaded them to meet with him.
He also duped a 12-year-old to share images of herself.
The offences all took place between July 2024 and September 2025.
He raped one girl on three occasions between August and September last year, when he drove her to a Wolverhampton car park and raped her in his car, grabbing her by the throat when she tried to stop him.
The 15-year-old showed ‘real courage’ in telling her school, which alerted the authorities.
Randhawa, who used the alias Ziggy, also contacted a 12-year-old girl through social media, engaged in sexualised conversations, sent inappropriate videos and pictures of himself, and threatened her if she didn’t reciprocate.
He shared live footage of himself having sex with another girl who was 15, smoked drugs with her, and forced himself upon her without her knowledge.
The girl’s bravery helped police charge Randhawa, who pleaded guilty to four offences of rape, two of taking indecent images of a child, and two of sharing indecent images and engaging in sexual communication.
He was sentenced to 18 years at Wolverhampton Crown Court on February 12.
