KEITH CUTLER FROM WEST DRAYTON AND WILLESDEN FACES JUSTICE FOR CHILD ABUSE IN LONDON

In a serious development in the fight against child abuse, authorities are urging additional victims to come forward and share their experiences involving Keith Cutler, a man with ties to West Drayton and Willesden. Cutler, aged 57, was recently sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges related to the sexual abuse of minors and possession of indecent images.

Between the years 1971 and 1980, Keith David Cutler engaged in a disturbing pattern of sexual misconduct against young boys, with one victim subjected to abuse over a period of five years. His criminal activities came to light after victims, now adults in their 40s, stepped forward to report their experiences, prompting a police investigation.

The arrest took place at Cutler’s residence in West Drayton, Middlesex. During the initial police raid, officers discovered him in possession of 238 explicit images depicting children in the nude. The investigation then led to the identification of a second victim, who was subsequently traced and located. A subsequent search of Cutler’s home uncovered an additional 45 indecent images, further evidencing his involvement in the exploitation of minors.

Following his arrest, Cutler was remanded in custody while awaiting trial. His case was heard in court, where he admitted to ten counts of indecent assault and two counts of possessing indecent images. The court sentenced him to four years in prison, but due to the nature of the charges and the time served, he could potentially be released on parole as early as next year.

Keith Cutler’s background includes leading a Scout group in Willesden, North West London, which adds a layer of betrayal given his position of trust within the community. His actions have caused significant distress among the victims and have raised concerns about safeguarding within youth organizations.

Detective Constable David Gill, from the Metropolitan Police’s Child Abuse Investigation Command, issued a public appeal, stating: “I would like to appeal to further victims to contact police. All calls will be treated confidentially. We will ensure victims receive the maximum support possible.” Authorities are emphasizing the importance of reporting any additional incidents or information that could assist in the ongoing investigation.
