JUSTIN BRAZIER OF BOLTON SENTENCED FOR BESTIALITY AND CHILD ABUSE IMAGES
In September 2016, a disturbing case involving a man from Bolton culminated in his being sentenced to prison for heinous acts of depravity.Justin Brazier, aged 45, was found guilty of possessing indecent images of children, maintaining extreme pornography, and engaging in sexual acts with a live animal.

Authorities from Greater Manchester Police conducted a search of Brazier’s residence in Bolton in May of that year.
During the search, officers seized his computer equipment and DVDs, which later became crucial evidence in the case.

Most alarmingly, the examination revealed footage of Brazier engaging in sexual acts with his own dog, believed to be a Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

Detective Inspector Charlotte Cadden of GMP Bolton expressed her condemnation of Brazier’s actions, stating, “Brazier committed vile acts of depravity and thankfully he is now behind bars.” She further explained that once the crimes were uncovered, the police took immediate steps to remove the dog from his possession, with plans to re-home the animal to ensure its safety.
Inspector Cadden also highlighted the distressing nature of the images found on Brazier’s devices, acknowledging the professionalism and dedication of the officers involved in the investigation.
She emphasized that the case was largely driven by community intelligence, which played a vital role in leading to Brazier’s arrest and subsequent conviction.
