HAYDEN NOLAN AND SHOCKING CHILD SEX OFFENCES IN OXFORDSHIRE
Following a thorough investigation conducted by Thames Valley Police, a man from Bicester, Oxfordshire, has been convicted of serious sexual offences involving a minor.The case culminated in a verdict delivered by a jury at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday, December 7th, where Hayden Nolan, aged 31 and residing on Bernwood Road, was found guilty of multiple heinous crimes.
Nolan was convicted on two counts of raping a child under the age of 13, as well as charges of assaulting a child under 13 by penetration and sexual assault of a child under 13.
These offences involved repeated acts of sexual violence against a young victim, with Nolan having engaged in these criminal acts on numerous occasions.
The court heard that Nolan’s predatory behavior was not an isolated incident but part of a pattern of abuse.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on January 11th of the following year, and the gravity of his crimes has drawn significant attention from law enforcement and the community alike.
Nolan was formally charged on December 15th of the previous year, following a detailed investigation into his actions.
Detective Constable Bryn Smith, a member of the Child Abuse Investigation Unit, provided insight into the case, describing Nolan as a “predatory sex offender” who has now been convicted three times for offences against children.
He emphasized the danger Nolan poses to children in his surroundings, highlighting Nolan’s manipulative nature and his capacity for deception.
According to Detective Smith, Nolan groomed his young victim over several months, initially engaging in touching over clothing, which quickly escalated to more severe acts of sexual assault.
The detective further explained that the abuse only came to an end when Nolan was imprisoned after being caught attempting to meet a teenage girl for sex in early 2019.
However, this girl was not a real minor but a decoy operated by law enforcement officers to catch predators attempting to exploit minors.
Nolan’s actions have left a lasting impact on the victim and serve as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilant law enforcement efforts to protect children from such dangerous individuals.
