April 2006 PERVERT GROOMED BOYS FOR SEX ACTS A PAEDOPHILE who plied young boys with booze, sweets and porn videos has been jailed for two years. Graham Norris, 61, from Biggar Village, Walney, had admitted carrying out depraved sexual acts on two youngsters. Norris pleaded guilty at Preston Crown Court last month to seven charges of indecent assault. Six of the offences involved the same victim and the seventh involved a second boy. The youths were not related to Norris but visited him at his home during the 1970s. In November 1995, the former Roa Island Boat Club member was given a three-year sentence for two unrelated incidents of assault and one other sex act. As well as being jailed for two years, Norris was put on a Sexual Offences Prevention Order, and disqualified from working with children. He is already registered as a sex offender.
