EDWARD WATSON SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS FOR HISTORICAL SEXUAL OFFENCES IN LEEDS AND SEVENOAKS
A man identified as Edward Watson has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 15 years after being found guilty of committing serious sexual offences that date back over three decades.The crimes took place in the towns of Leeds and Sevenoaks, involving a young girl who was subjected to a series of heinous acts over a prolonged period.
Watson, aged 68, faced a trial at Maidstone Crown Court where the court heard detailed accounts of the offences, which included rape and sexual assault.
These acts were carried out when the victim was still a child, with some of the abuse occurring during her early teenage years.
