SNAPCHAT DRUG DEALER JAILED FOR ILLEGAL SEX WITH 14-YEAR-OLD CUSTOMER
A Snapchat drug dealer who sold cannabis to a 14-year-old girl has received a prison sentence after admitting to having a sexual relationship with her.Dylan Sharp appeared in court on Monday to be sentenced for charges including domestic abuse, involvement in drug supply, and engaging in sexual activity with a minor under the age of consent.
The 23-year-old from Huntly connected with the girl through Snapchat in 2024, initially requesting that she lie about her age to his mother, and continued their relationship even after she revealed her actual age.
He supplied her with vodka, cannabis, and on one occasion, half an ecstasy tablet, warning her that admitting the truth would ruin his life.
When she confided in her mother in October 2024, police detained Sharp.
They found drugs and cash at his residence, and he also assaulted another partner between December 2025 and January of this year.
Sheriff Sinclair sentenced him to 22 months in prison and prohibited him from contacting the girl for five years.
