December 2005 Paedophile used Soham pics for porn magazine A Croydon paedophile who made his own child porn magazine featuring the murdered Soham schoolgirls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman has been jailed for 12 months. Duncan Bullivant, 39, wrote sick stories about the tragic 10-year-olds in his publication and also took secret pictures of children at tourist attractions including one of a girl riding a carousel. The former John Lewis worker amassed a collection of almost 17,000 child porn images, Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court heard Peter Zinner, prosecuting, said: “He wrote about at least three deceased children two of whom were Jessica and Holly from the Soham murders. “They will have been defiled by the sexualisation of them, by including them in a magazine of naked children created by the defendant. There is an annotation saying that some men would be sexually excited by Holly.” The personnel officer published a magazine for his own sexual thrills and wrote of raping children with his partner. Bullivant obsessively downloaded child porn from the internet, including 65 sadomasochistic photographs of children being tortured and 660 being raped by adults. He collected 16,903 pictures and videos at his home in Grant Road, Addiscombe, showing 12,000 different victims of child sex abuse. Bullivant also secretly photographed children during visits to central London tourist attractions, with one image showing a view up the skirt of a young girl riding a carousel. Security guards who watched him spend half an hour preying on youngsters eventually snared him. He was found with a camera packed with images of boys and girls aged as young as seven. Bullivant described as a “dangerous offender” admitted 26 counts of making and possessing indecent photographs of children between June 10, 2003, and June 11 this year. He was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for 10 years and was banned from having unsupervised contact with children for seven years.
