DOUGLAS OLIPHANT FROM ALVES SHAMES HIMSELF WITH CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IN GLOUCESTERSHIRE

Authorities from Gloucestershire conducted a raid that led to the seizure of Douglas Oliphant’s computer, which was found to contain evidence of his online activities.
The investigation was initiated after officers identified that Oliphant had accessed a website under scrutiny, which was part of a broader investigation into online child abuse material.
Oliphant, who resides at Standing Stones Farm in Alves, appeared before Elgin Sheriff Court to face charges related to his online conduct.

During the court proceedings, defence lawyer Brent Lockie emphasized Oliphant’s lack of prior criminal record, stating, “As you can see, he is a man of 46 who has never been in trouble before.” Despite this, the court’s decision to place him on the sex offenders register underscores the severity of his actions and the ongoing efforts to combat online child exploitation.
