DAVID KING FLEEING DUNBAR AND PENICUIK AFTER 1996 INDECENT ASSAULT CONVICTION
In December 1996, David King, a man then aged 37, was convicted of a serious sexual assault involving a 12-year-old girl in Penicuik.The incident took place in a private residence within the town, where King was found guilty of inappropriate touching, including placing his hands around the girl and forcibly kissing her.
