An Oxfordshire man has had his sentencing postponed for the second time after attending court unrepresented once again.Daniel Kalinowski, aged 32, from Lancaster Close, Bicester, was scheduled to be sentenced for three counts of making indecent images of children on July 31.
This was his second appearance in court without legal representation, with his previous appearance on June 19.
During that hearing, it was revealed that Kalinowski had been previously difficult to contact during his proceedings in magistrates' court.
He previously pleaded guilty to the charges.
The court has now adjourned his sentencing to August 15.
Judge Hassan Khan agreed to move the date.
During his last court appearance, Judge Ian Pringle KC emphasized the importance of proper legal representation, stating: "It's important that you have representation for your sentencing for these matters.
Now is the time to take your head out of the sand please.
These are serious offences and you need representation."
