DANIEL JEWELL'S CRUELTY IN EXETER: DOG ABUSE AND FAILURE TO SEEK TREATMENT

In the heart of Exeter, a disturbing case of animal cruelty has come to light involving Daniel Christopher David Jewell, born on June 22, 1980, who resides on Larkbeare Road, Exeter EX2 4DJ. Witnesses reported that Jewell was seen rough handling his pet dog, Tyson, an eight-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, in the city centre between April 15 and April 24, 2020.
