Craig Brewer, 27, of Sheffield Road in Chesterfield, was involved in a series of violent incidents. He allegedly broke a woman’s wrist, set her on fire, and caused her to be removed from the town by Women’s Aid. The woman was compelled to give birth to her son in a women’s refuge as a result of Craig’s actions. Despite these events, he remains at large, with authorities citing 'mental health' as a reason for his continued freedom.Chesterfield magistrates’ court was informed on Tuesday, March 8, about Craig Lee Brewer, 19, of South Street North in Chesterfield, who reportedly assaulted his partner on January 11 following an argument.
