November 2017 Pervert sentenced for sexual offences  A pervert with a fetish for toilets has been given a prison sentence after he sexually groomed a profile online that he believed belonged to a 13-year-old girl Colin Higgs appeared at Birmingham Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to attempting to meet a female child following sexual grooming  The court heard that Higgs had contacted the ‘girl’ online.  Perverted Higgs sent sexually explicit chat, which included demanding the child to commit multiple sexual acts on herself and depraved messages about defecating and faeces. The chat log also revealed that Higgs had a weird fetish. On several occasions he asked the child to record herself on the toilet so he could hear her using it Higgs arranged to meet the child for sex in the toilets at the Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham, but was instead met by police who arrested him The girl was infact a decoy from online child protection team ‘Totnes Justice’ who handed their chat log to police Higgs was sentenced to two years in prison  He was told that he must register as a sex offender for a period of 10 years
