In a disturbing case emerging from West Bromwich, two women, Natalie Beale, who is also known on Facebook as Natalia Joyce, and Demi Worthington, are facing serious allegations of neglect and abandonment involving two beloved family dogs. Inside the flat, rescuers observed Prinny in a dire state, desperately ripping apart an empty cereal box from the trash in a frantic search for food.
