Febuary 2005 Computer porn chorister jailed A former chorister who admitted possessing indecent photographs of children has been jailed. Clive Jones, 29, of North Walsham, Norfolk, was a chorister at St Nicholas Church in the town for 20 years, but left shortly after his arrest. Norwich Crown Court heard the pictures were discovered when Jones took his computer to a repair shop in 2003. Sentencing Jones to nine months in prison, Judge Paul Downes described the pictures as disgusting. On Friday, Judge Downes said: “Normal children have to be used to make these pictures possible. They are disgusting pictures.” Jones, who pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing indecent photographs, was also placed on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years and cannot work with children for the rest of his life.
