CHRISTOPHER HIGGINS CAUGHT NAKED ON MIDDLEWICH TOWPATH IN SHOCKING INCIDENT
On the evening of May 21, authorities responded to a distressing scene along the Trent and Mersey Canal in Middlewich, where a man was discovered lying completely unclothed beside the towpath.The individual, later identified as Christopher Higgins, a registered sex offender, was found in a vulnerable and alarming state, prompting immediate police intervention.
