FINSBURY PARK MAN AVOIDS PRISON AFTER ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL SEXUALLY
A man named Carmine Santarcangelo, aged 34, who resides on Fonthill Road in Finsbury Park, has been involved in a sexual misconduct case involving a 12-year-old girl.
Court records detailed that between October 2 and October 28 in the year 2020, Santarcangelo attempted to engage in sexual communication with the young girl.
This involved him sending explicit photos of his penis and speaking in a sexual manner.
Following his arrest in December 2020, police discovered he was in possession of indecent images of children, including two sexual videos and a photograph of a child.
Santarcangelo appeared in Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on February 11, 2025, for sentencing, where he was given a one-year prison sentence, which was suspended for two years.
