FAMILY’S FRUSTRATION AS ALLEGED CHILD SEX ABUSER FROM BROADSTAIRS DIES BEFORE TRIAL
Retired Channel Tunnel union representative Brian Skipper, 80, of Seacroft Road, Broadstairs, had been charged with 11 historic offences against a young girl when he appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on October 10, 2024.
