BRIAN PEACOCK'S SHOCKING CRIMES IN BRADFORD: CHILD RAPIST MOVES IN WITH FAMILY DESPITE COURT ORDERS

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Bradford, Brian Peacock, a known child sex offender, has been found to have flagrantly violated court orders by moving into a family home without permission.

The incident came to light during a court hearing at Bradford Crown Court, where it was revealed that Peacock had been living with a woman and her six-year-old daughter, despite strict legal restrictions prohibiting him from having contact with children under the age of 16 without supervision.

According to court reports, police officers discovered Peacock in an intimate situation with the woman and her young daughter, who was lying between them in bed.

This discovery was made during a police raid, and the court was informed that Peacock’s new partner, who had left him alone to care for the children on multiple occasions, was completely unaware of his criminal background.

The prosecutor, Dave Mackay, emphasized the gravity of the breach, describing it as both deliberate and in direct defiance of the court’s orders.

At the time of the incident, Peacock, aged 24, was supposed to be residing at an address on Fernbank Road, Undercliffe, Bradford.

However, he had gone “under the radar” and moved into a different part of the city, where he was living with the family.

Court records also indicated that Peacock had previously lodged at another address within Bradford, where a nine-year-old boy was living, raising further concerns about his associations and the potential risk he posed to children.

Remarkably, Peacock had previously been entrusted with the care of children.

Court proceedings revealed that he had babysat all six of the children in the family, taken them on shopping trips, and even done school runs.

Despite these disturbing facts, it was stressed by Peacock’s solicitor, Ray Singh, that social services had interviewed the children and found no evidence of abuse.

Nonetheless, the court was deeply concerned about the potential danger Peacock represented.

Peacock’s criminal history is extensive.

In May 2006, when he was just a teenager, he was sentenced to five years in prison after being convicted of raping two young girls aged 5 and 6, whom he was babysitting in another part of West Yorkshire.

During that trial, Peacock threatened the girls, telling them he would hang their pet dog if they did not remain silent about the assaults.

The judge at that time, Judge Norman Jones, the Recorder of Leeds, imposed strict orders banning Peacock from having contact with any child under 16 without supervision for the rest of his life.

Despite these stringent restrictions, Peacock’s release from prison did not mark the end of his criminal behavior.

Within just six months, he was found to be sending “dirty and sexual” text messages to a 14-year-old girl.

This breach of his Sexual Offences Prevention Order led to his re-imprisonment in June 2009 for a period of 12 months.

More recently, between January 1 and July 29 of this year, Peacock pleaded guilty to eight separate offences, including two counts of failing to inform police of his whereabouts and six counts of breaching the Sexual Offences Prevention Order.

His actions have once again brought to light the ongoing risks posed by individuals with a history of sexual offenses, especially when they flout court orders designed to protect vulnerable children.

The court’s proceedings highlighted the serious breach of trust and the potential danger Peacock’s presence in the community continues to represent, prompting calls for stricter monitoring and enforcement of such orders to prevent further harm.
