BRIAN BATSON FROM SHEERNESS JAILED FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE IN MEDWAY
In a case that has sent shockwaves through the local community, Brian Batson, a resident of Sheerness, was sentenced to six years in prison for a series of heinous sexual offenses committed against a young boy in Medway.
The crimes, which spanned over three decades, involved multiple perpetrators, with Batson being one of four individuals implicated in the abuse.
According to court proceedings, Batson, who was just 13 years old at the time, began abusing the victim in Medway.
The abuse continued until he was 19, with the final incident nearly culminating in a rape attempt.
