BIRMINGHAM OFFENDER SENTENCED OVER BRUTAL HOME RAPE
Twisted Arkadiusz Tomczyk, aged 30, was involved in a horrific sexual assault where he broke into a woman’s home in Handsworth, Birmingham, at 2am on July 6.He was under the influence of drugs and alcohol during the incident, which included him filming the attack on his phone.
Tomczyk forcibly dragged the victim around her house, assaulted her physically by hitting her and using pepper spray, and forced her into performing a sex act before threatening her with death.
After the attack, he attempted to erase evidence by using bleach and asked the victim if she recognized him, which she did not.
Police later found his pepper spray at his home along with two video clips of the assault.
He was convicted of multiple serious sexual offences, including rape, attempted rape, and sexual assault, and was sentenced to over 13 years in prison.
He was also ordered to register as a sex offender for life.
The court highlighted his lack of remorse and detailed the psychological harm caused to the victim, who remains fearful of retaliation from him and his associates.
Additionally, Tomczyk has previous convictions in Poland for swindling and fraud between 2004 and 2009.
His license period has been extended by six additional years due to the risk he poses to women.
