ANDREW HAY FROM AYR REMANDED AFTER SEX OFFENDER INCIDENT INVOLVING SCHOOLGIRLS

Andrew Hay, a known sex offender from Ayr, has been remanded in custody following his admission to engaging in indecent communications with minors. The 22-year-old, who has a history of similar criminal behavior, appeared before Ayr Sheriff Court in handcuffs to face multiple charges related to his inappropriate conduct involving young girls.
