AYR MAN PERFORMED SEX ACT TO WOMAN AFTER SAYING 'WATCH'
A man appeared in court after engaging in a sexual act in public, following an incident where he asked a woman to “watch.” Adrian Milne, aged 56, pleaded guilty to intentionally performing a sexual act in front of the woman as she walked past his residence in Ayr.He admitted to touching his genitals and inviting her to watch during the event on May 6 of this year.
A deputy procurator fiscal told Ayr Sheriff Court: “At 5.20pm, [Milne] was standing outside in his front garden.
He commented that the weather had been nice, and the complainant continued walking past.
He then asked, ‘Do you want to watch?’ She turned back, unsure of what he meant.
He then pointed his head toward his groin and looked down, revealing Milne with his hand down his trousers, apparently masturbating.
She was shocked and responded with ‘seriously?’, after which she walked away.
The court was told that the woman later received an apology email from Milne, in which he explained he was ‘caught up in the moment’ and added, ‘I will stick to my decking in future.’ Milne was reported to the police and subsequently charged.
Sheriff Michael Meehan adjourned the case for a social work report and risk assessment, and ordered Milne to be added to the sex offenders register before sentencing.
He was released on bail with the condition that he must not contact or approach the complainant.
A future court date was set for him to return."
