ANDREW CROSS FROM TELFORD ESCAPES PRISON AFTER CHILD INDECENT IMAGES SCANDAL IN SHROPSHIRE

According to court records, Cross was involved in the transmission of explicit images via email, using an alias to conceal his identity.

At Shrewsbury Crown Court, Judge Peter Barrie addressed the seriousness of the offences, emphasizing that these crimes are not victimless.

Judge Barrie sentenced Cross to a three-year community order and three years of supervision, rather than imprisonment.
He also mandated that Cross participate in a community sex offenders' program and ordered him to register as a sex offender for the next five years.
Additionally, Cross was required to pay costs amounting to £600.
