Alex Andrew Shuttleworth, aged 19, appeared before Furness Magistrates’ Court on September 13 to answer charges related to his failure to comply with the mandatory notification requirements. The charges stemmed from incidents on May 20 and June 15, during which Shuttleworth did not notify the relevant authorities of his new address, a breach of his legal obligations as a registered sex offender.
