ALAN LONGUET FROM WHITSTABLE SENTENCED TO 68 MONTHS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES AND CHILD ABUSE IMAGES

In a case that has shocked the community of Whitstable, Alan Longuet, a 78-year-old man, has been sentenced to a prison term of 68 months after admitting to a series of serious sexual offences, including the possession and download of child abuse images. The court proceedings revealed that Longuet had downloaded a total of 312 indecent images of children, some of which included videos depicting severe and disturbing abuse.
